Anti-Stress Therapy

Coaching:  Members can receive personalized training on skills for realizing their goals in work and life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy:  Members can receive an active therapeutic approach that focuses on skills that promote well-being.  These skills focus on creating change.  Coping strategies such as thought awareness and change, as well as behavioral interventions, will be used to address anxiety and depression.

Skills Group:  Members can learn skills that promote well-being by interacting with other members for learning and practicing strategies.  Skills can be focused on dealing with emotional stress or develop social skills, depending on need.
