Adult-Centered Therapy

Psychotherapy (Adult): Members can receive individual psychotherapy to address an array of mental health symptoms, with treatment designed to meet the individual’s specific needs. Oftentimes, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is implemented to treat anxiety and depression.

Couples Therapy: Members can receive couples therapy to address communication challenges, focus on solutions, and promote connection. Treatment is designed to meet the couple’s specific needs.

Group Therapy: Members can receive support related to a range of emotional challenges such as grief and loss, age-related struggles, and social skills.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT):  Members in this program can start at age 9 through adulthood, DBT is a cognitive behavioral treatment that was initially developed to treat chronically suicidal individuals diagnosed with a borderline personality disorder (BPD), but is now used for a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.  Specific challenges may include substance dependence, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and eating disorders.

Coaching:  Members can receive training for skills that will enable them to realize their goals in work and life.
